Free-Range Chicken
Chicken breast, not mechanically separated meat or by-products. From farms that don't use antibiotics or growth hormones. The only ingredient in the plain variant.
Fresh Carrots
Whole carrots dried with the chicken. Natural source of beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. Adds dietary fibre.
Fresh Spinach
Low-temperature dried. Not bleached or pre-processed. Iron and folate levels are preserved. Works for both dogs and cats.
Fresh Beetroot
Whole beetroot dehydrated with the chicken. Gives the jerky its deep natural colour. No added dyes needed or used.
What we leave out
Most pet treat labels are a paragraph of ingredients you can't place. Here is everything you will never find in a COCO's pack.

If it is not on the ingredient label, it is not in the pack. That is the only standard we use.
Slow-dried, not extruded
Most commercial pet treats are extruded — pushed through a machine at high pressure and temperature, which destroys most of the original nutrition. We don't do that.

Select
Fresh chicken breast, inspected and trimmed. No mechanically separated meat. No trimmings.

Prepare
Sliced thin. No salt, no marinade, no flavouring added. For flavoured variants, the vegetable is added at this stage.

Slow-dry
Dried at low temperature for 8+ hours. Moisture drops below 12%, which stops bacterial growth without preservatives. Protein and nutrients stay intact.

Pack and ship
Sealed in resealable pouches. Shipped within days, not weeks.
