Returns

Because our products are consumable and made fresh in small batches, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

We will replace or refund your order in the following cases: 

  • Damaged on arrival — packaging torn, contents spilled, or product compromised.
  • Wrong item received — flavour, quantity, or product different from what you ordered.
  • Missing items — part of your order didn't arrive.

How to request a replacement or refund


  1. Write to us within 7 days of delivery at sales@cocostreats.in.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue (damaged pack, wrong item, etc.).
  3. We'll respond within 1 business day and either ship a replacement or refund your order to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, we can no longer cancel. Email sales@cocostreats.in with your order number to cancel.

What if my pet doesn't like the treats?

We back every pack with our happiness guarantee. If your pet genuinely won't touch the jerky after a fair try, write to us — we'll work with you to make it right, even though we can't take the product back.
